$160,000 Made Available to Spartanburg County Nonprofits

The Spartanburg County Foundation, in collaboration with the SC Center for Grassroots & Nonprofit Leadership of the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life at Clemson University, announced today the availability $160,000 in sub-grants for community-based human service organizations. The Spartanburg Community Foundation has earmarked $50,000 to be matched on a dollar for dollar basis with funds from the SC Rural Communities Compassion Project administered by the Center. Proposals for up to $20,000 will be sought from qualified county faith- and community-based organizations. Click here to read press release.
